Terms and Conditions for the One Step Ahead Travel Voucher Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lawrence Liew One Step Ahead marketing campaign and travel voucher giveaway (Giveaway). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Promoter

    The promoter of this competition is Lawrence Liew | Bayleys Real Estate Howick, located at 85 Picton Street, Howick, Auckland, New Zealand.

  2. Eligibility

    Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees and colleagues of the promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

  3. Competition Period

    The competition opens at 1st January 2026 and closes at 31st March 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  4. How to Enter

    To enter, participants must list and sell their property with Lawrence Liew on a sole agency and a full fee basis with no marketing rebates or discounts. Property must be sold unconditionally by 31st March 2026. Multiple entries are/are not permitted. No purchase is necessary unless stated otherwise. No upfront marketing fees apply when using Property Credit to fund the marketing package. Lawrence will cover the Property Credit admin fee and interest for up to three (3) months. Standard Property Credit eligibility criteria apply.

  5. Prize(s)

    The prize consists of one of three holiday getaways with PRIVÉ Travel, valued at approximately $10,000 total (1st Prize: $6,000 travel voucher, 2nd Prize: $2,500 travel voucher, 3rd Prize: $1,500 travel voucher).

    The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    All vouchers are redeemable only at PRIVÉ Travel and must be used for bookings made between 1 May 2026 and 1 May 2027. Travel may occur after this period, but all bookings must be completed by 1 May 2027.

    All travel arrangements are subject to PRIVÉ Travel’s Terms of Service and any conditions imposed by travel providers.Any additional costs beyond the voucher value (e.g., upgrades, taxes, insurance, fees) are the responsibility of the winner.

  6. Winner Selection

    The winner(s) will be selected by random draw on 23rd April 2026. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  7. Winner Notification

    The winner(s) will be notified in person within a month of the competition closing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner re-drawn.

  8. Unclaimed Prizes

    If the prize remains unclaimed after seven days, the promoter may redraw or cancel the prize at its discretion.

  9. Publicity

    By entering, participants agree to participate in promotional activities if requested. The promoter may publish winners’ names for publicity purposes.

  10. Privacy

    Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the promoter’s privacy policy. Participants may access or request correction of their data at any time.

  11. Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by entrants as a result of entering or winning the competition.

  12. Disqualification

    The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise contrary to these terms.

  13. Changes to the Competition

    The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  14. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
