People, Community, and Innovation
Many of my clients tell me I’m one of the best real estate agents in East Auckland, particularly in areas like Howick, Highland Park, Dannemora, and Sunnyhills. While I’m grateful for that reputation, I believe it comes down to three simple principles that guide how I work every day: people, innovation, and community.
People First
Real estate is ultimately about people. Every home sale represents a major life moment, whether it’s upsizing for a growing family, downsizing for a new chapter, or selling a long-held family property.
My approach has always been to build genuine relationships with my clients. I want people to feel informed, supported, and confident at every step of the journey. Selling a home can be emotional and complex, and my role is to guide clients through the process with clarity, honesty, and experience.
When clients feel looked after, the results tend to follow.
Innovation That Creates an Advantage
The property market is constantly evolving, and staying ahead requires more than traditional methods.
I focus heavily on innovation, whether that’s using smarter marketing strategies, or new technology to understand market trends and buyer behaviour. My goal is always to provide clients with clearer insights and more effective ways to position their property in the market.
Innovation isn’t about doing something flashy, it’s about doing things better so my clients can make smarter decisions and achieve stronger outcomes.
Community Matters
Real estate doesn’t exist in isolation. Homes are part of neighbourhoods, and neighbourhoods are built on community.
That’s why I invest time in supporting and connecting with the local community. Whether it’s local events, businesses, or initiatives that bring people together, I believe strong communities create better places to live, and that ultimately benefits everyone.
For me, real estate has never been just about buying and selling property. It’s about people, progress, and place. And when those three things come together, great results follow.
